Hi, we’re Creditfix
Since we first opened in 2007, we’ve helped over 160,000 people solve their debt problems.
Anyone can get into financial difficulty. In fact, many of us are just one life event (or a couple of pay packets) away from serious money worries. That’s why we believe in treating every client with empathy, understanding and integrity.
When we offer debt solutions, we tailor our support to personal circumstances, always with our clients’ best interests at heart.
We work alongside our sister company Carrington Dean – Scotland’s leading debt help company specialising in Trust Deeds and the Debt Arrangement Scheme – to offer guidance that changes the lives of our clients.
And we’re there for them every step of the way on their journey out of debt.
What we stand for.
These five values define who we are as a business and guide how we treat our customers and each other. We believe these values should be reflected in all that we do.
We're always looking for ways to improve. From our technology and systems to our recruitment and training, we challenge ourselves to be better, every day.
With ongoing training and mentoring for all our employees, we embrace new ways of doing things and fresh insight. We don’t just keep up with the industry. We aspire to be the ones leading the way.
Integrity, empathy and professionalism are instilled in our teams from day one. We pride ourselves on offering the best advice and supporting each other in doing a great job.
We keep our customers at the heart of what we do, with their needs at the core of every decision. We empower people to take back control of their finances, and their lives.
We aim to treat every customer with the empathy they need and the respect they deserve. Our people are friendly, compassionate and caring.
Let's work together
We’re always looking for people who can bring energy, enthusiasm and bright ideas to the team. People who really care about what they do, and will care about our customers, too.

Charity and community work.
We believe in giving back to the communities we work in and supporting our employees to do the same.
Last year, we raised over £25,000 for our two fantastic chosen causes, Shelter and the Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.
But it’s not just about handing over a big cheque.
Creditfix employees across the UK love to get stuck into a bit of fundraising and are always up for championing the causes that are close to their hearts. From grueling sponsored cycles and runs to heated pool competitions and sparkling evening events, they’ve rallied to raise more every year.
Here are just a few of their chosen charities:
- Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity NeoNatal Appeal
- Glasgow Foodbanks
- Save the Children
- Simon Community
