Contact our Customer Service team to provide details of the change. The options available will vary depending on your circumstances but as an example we may be able to agree a temporary reduction of your contributions or a payment break and extend the term of the arrangement.
You should contact Creditfix Customer Service in the first instance. Money from PPI, a windfall or inheritance will be considered an asset of your arrangement. We must discuss this in order to agree the sum due to your arrangement.
You can sell your property during the arrangement, however any net free proceeds from the sale will be payable to your arrangement. Your supervisor will need to agree to the sale.
You will be asked to provide evidence of you income and expenditure for the previous 6-12 months. If you have internet banking, you can provide this information electronically. Please follow the steps on this short video.
If you don’t have internet banking, you can provide your details via our website or alternatively send these by post.
Your income and expenditure will be reviewed annually to take account of any changes in your position. For example if you have received a salary increase and can afford to contribute more, your contribution may increase.
A report is also sent annually to creditors to provide an update on your arrangement. This report will contain information on payments received from you, any arrears and dividend payments made to creditors.
Payment break are a possibility to help in the short term but you will have to discuss this with us regarding the reasons for this. Please call to discuss with us and we may be able to help.
