Gender Pay Gap
The Company collected their data on 5th April 2017, when the workforce consisted of 96 women and 115 men. The figures show that the Creditfix Group has a mean gender pay gap of 2% and a median gender pay gap of 2% and is something we are very proud of. This compares to the UK mean which, as reported by the Office of National Statistics 2017, is 9.1%
Being involved in a modern apprenticeship programme is an excellent opportunity to learn, develop and enhance current skills used within the work environment. I am excited to complete all of the modules and then adopt some new learnings into my current career at Creditfix.
