Frequently Asked Questions

To update your personal information, you can use the Creditfix app. You can access the app using the link at the top of the page. Log in to your account, navigate to the settings or profile section, and make the necessary changes.

If you encounter any issues, or you would prefer to speak to someone in person, feel free to contact our customer service team on 0800 043 1431.

Yes, it is possible to change your payment date even after it has been agreed upon, however this change must be arranged and approved by our customer service team. Please get in touch with them to discuss your situation and they will guide you through the process.

If you notice a mistake on your Annual Review report, please contact our customer service team immediately. They will take care of correcting the error and will also reach out to any relevant creditors to ensure all records are updated accordingly.

If you have already completed your Annual Review and are still receiving communications about it, it’s likely that there has been a delay in our system updating your status. Please rest assured that this is nothing to worry about, and you will not need to complete the review again.

Once you have received your certificate of completion for your IVA, your creditors should generally be informed within a month or two. During this period, it is common for some creditors to continue contacting you until their records are fully updated.

Similar to the above, creditors should stop contacting you within a month or two of you receiving your certificate of completion. However, if their records still indicate that you are in an active IVA, they may continue to reach out. If this happens, you can provide them with your certificate of completion to show that you are no longer responsible for the relevant debts, or contact our customer service team if the issue is not resolved.

Having your IVA extended into a sixth year is entirely normal and nothing to worry about. If your IVA has been extended it likely means you didn’t hold enough equity in your home to allow you to end the arrangement after five years. You will carry on making payments as normal for the next 12 months, after which all debts included in your IVA will be dealt with.
