Your arrangement will now be managed by our managed services branch Ebenegate. 

You may have already spoken to a member of the Ebenegate team in the past, but to help you navigate and understand this change, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions.

While it’s understandable that change may be a little daunting for some people, rest assured you can expect high quality customer service for the duration of your IVA.

Ebenegate is a global managed service company that will help manage your IVA.

The team will take over the management of your IVA and will be by your side every step of the way during your arrangement. 

Ebenegate is part of the Creditfix group of companies so you may already have heard from the company during your arrangement.

In short, nothing. Your IVA will continue as you expect it to.

The only thing that will change is communications regarding your arrangement will come from Ebenegate going forward.

No. Creditfix will remain as your IVA provider. Ebenegate will only manage the arrangement going forward, not take it over.

It’s important to be aware that Creditfix will remain as your IVA provider.

 

There will be no change to your payments. The same amount will be taken on the same date as originally agreed. These payments will show on your bank statements as Creditfix.

 

Yes, you can continue to use the Creditfix app to stay on top of your arrangement, including:

  • Your contact details 
  • Payment contributions 
  • Payment dates
