As with all other businesses IVA providers are experiencing increased costs to provide the level of service required.

At Creditfix we’re committed to providing the best possible service. We continually invest in our technology and support services to ensure you receive the best help possible. Unfortunately, rising costs mean that in order to continue to improve our services, the amount we charge will need to increase, but at no cost to you.

What does the change mean for me?

The increase in the fixed fee will have no impact on how much you pay each month, or the length of your arrangement. Instead, your creditors will cover the cost of this uplift.

However, in order to process this change we need to call a meeting of your creditors and required your consent to do so.
