The easiest way to view your IVA proposal is through the Creditfix customer app, which you can access here. You will have been emailed login information for the app, but if you follow the link above, you should be able to generate a login by following a few simple steps.
If you cannot access the customer app, or you encounter any issues, you can request to have your IVA proposal sent to you via email.
Sign your IVA proposal
The next step is perhaps the easiest of them all – now you have received and read your proposal, we just need your signature.
You don’t need to worry about the hassle of dealing with piles of paperwork and postage. We use a system called Adobe Sign, again through the Creditfix customer app, which allows you to approve your IVA proposal and start your journey to a future free of debt worries with the click of a button.
All you need to do is sign in to the Creditfix customer app here, view your proposal, type your name to generate your signature throughout the document, and you’re all set.
