Creditfix have been officially announced as finalists in the 2021 Consumer Credit Awards after our clients voted for us in the Best Financial Support Provider category.

What are the Consumer Credit awards?

The Consumer Credit Awards is an event that highlights the best and most customer-focused credit providers in the UK.

Run by Smart Money People, the UK’s number one review and insight platform for financial services, the event is now in its sixth year, and helps shine a light on the financial organisations who go above and beyond for their customers.

While Creditfix isn’t a credit provider, we’re one of the biggest debt solutions organisations in the UK. Our nomination is a reflection of our work helping tens of thousands of people every year regain control of their credit and look forward to a life beyond debt.

How do the Consumer Credit Awards work?

The Consumer Credit Awards aren’t decided by industry insiders. Instead, they’re voted on by customers who have real-life experience of dealing with the organisations who are nominated.

Customers have the chance to vote on various organisations from different categories, and the companies who receive the most support go into the final.

We’re delighted to say that, this year, our customers have given us so much support that Creditifx has officially been announced as a finalist in the Best Financial Support Provider category.

What makes Creditfix a worthy finalist?

We wouldn’t be here without the support of our customers. At Creditfix, our mission is to help people deal with debt, and that mission touches everything we do.

While we’re delighted when we can help a client get their financial life back on track with a solution like an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), we understand that everyone’s circumstances are different.

What works for one person may not work for another, which is why our debt specialists are trained to treat every client as a priority, whether we find we can help them ourselves, or it’s better to pass them on to a more suitable external partner.

As well specialising in a range of tailored debt solutions, we’re happy to be able to learn about each client’s money worries, offer our support, or point them in the right direction to get the financial help they need, no matter their circumstances.

We’re overwhelmed by the response we’ve received from those customers, who have seen fit to send us to the final of this year’s Consumer Credit Awards.

How do I vote?
